| China Nuclear Industry 24th Construction Coporation, established in July, 1958, is a national first-grade enterprise |
| in whole contract capacity for construction. It is also a large comprehensive enterprise engaged in construction and |
| installation of nuclear engineering. Now it is subordinated to China Nuclear Construction Group which is under direct |
| control of central government of P. R. of China. |
| The gross asset of the corporation is 700 million CNY, including 260 million CNY of the fixed assets. The company |
| owns over 2500 units/sets large- and medium-sized equipments and more than 1500 professional technical administrative |
| personnel. The corporation has established scientific management and operation systems, sound assurance systems for |
